Designed & Engineered with simplicity, these fully automatic and cost-effective systems collect and compact your rubbish in trolleys and help to reduce the volume of garbage by more than 60%. Once the system detects the bin is full, it will automatically cycle to the next available empty bin using a powered carousel system. The Linear Carousel which moves bins in a linear manner is ideal for rooms with a longer, narrower space while the Rotary Carousel System is more suitable for rooms with tighter space, as it moves bins in a circular motion.

HOW IT WORKS
Using a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), the sensor at the top of the chute detects when the bin is full. It activates the base, which would automatically move and position an empty bin under the chute as required. This in turn moves the fully loaded bin to the compaction station. Using a high tonnage ram that is extremely quiet and fast, the garbage is compacted to make space in the bin to receive additional garbage. The complete cycle repeats and the linear or rotary motion would continue till all bins are full. When the sensor detects that all bins are full after compaction, an alarm will be activated. The trolleys can now be simply wheeled away by authorised personnel to the collection area.
